The website bodyvibe.es (“the site”) is owned by Nutriprime S.L. (“Bodyvibe” or “the owner”), the company that distributes Bodyvibe® brand products.

Items marked “pending” will be completed before the site is finally published.

The site has an exclusively informational purpose: it presents the Bodyvibe® range of food supplements, their composition, their labels and the applicable regulatory framework, and provides a means of contacting the owner.

Bodyvibe does not sell through this site. There is no basket, payment gateway or ordering process on bodyvibe.es. Products are purchased on marketplaces (Amazon) and from authorised points of sale and distributors, each with its own terms of sale, delivery, returns and customer service, which the user should consult at the time of purchase.

The “Buy on Amazon” links and buttons are the brand's own commercial links leading to Bodyvibe's listings on Amazon and are identified as such in accordance with Article 20 of the LSSI. The owner receives no affiliate commission from them. Amazon and its logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates and are used under licence.

Accessing and browsing the site confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. The user undertakes to use the site lawfully, without damaging, disabling or overloading its systems, without posting unlawful content and without impersonating third parties.

The site's forms (contact, partners) must be completed with truthful information. Their use by persons under 14 is not permitted.

The products described are food supplements. Information on composition, doses and health claims is provided in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1924/2006, Regulation (EU) 432/2012 and Spanish Royal Decree 1487/2009, and does not constitute medical advice or replace consultation with a health professional. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Bodyvibe®, the BV monogram, the seal “The supplements for better performance” and the other distinctive signs on the site are trademarks or designs owned by Nutriprime S.L.. KSM-66® is a registered trademark of Ixoreal Biomed. Albion® Minerals is a trademark of Balchem Corporation or its subsidiaries.

The texts, photographs, renders, labels, tables and code on the site are protected by intellectual property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the owner's express authorisation is prohibited, except for downloading label images for personal use or for consultation at a point of sale.

The site contains links to third-party sites (Amazon, distributors, regulatory bodies). Bodyvibe does not control their content or policies and accepts no responsibility for them. The inclusion of a link does not imply any commercial relationship beyond what is expressly stated.

The owner works to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date; each product page shows its review date and label version. In the event of any discrepancy between the site and the pack, the information printed on the product label always prevails. The owner does not guarantee the continuous availability of the site or the absence of errors, and is not liable for damage arising from use contrary to this notice.

The processing of personal data collected through the site is governed by the Privacy policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie policy.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid.
