Keep in a well-closed, cool, dry place away from light.
Vegetable capsule: glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) and colour (calcium carbonate); bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). Net weight 72.9 g.
- 250 mg a day is the tolerable upper intake level EFSA sets for magnesium from supplements. Do not combine it with other magnesium supplements.
- Excessive magnesium intake may have a laxative effect.
